Most local orders are delivered within 20 to 60 minutes where available. Please enter your address carefully and add clear access notes if your building, unit or driveway is hard to find.
If you order multiple tanks, delivery timing may depend on stock level, driver capacity and the size of the order.
If there is a major delay and the driver has not yet started heading to your address after 1.5 hours, we can review the order for a full refund or provide suitable compensation for the inconvenience.
