Refund & Return Policy

Refunds For Pending Order

If you place an order and no longer wish to receive your delivery, no problem! Just text or call contact us and we will confirm the cancellation as well as the refund for you for the products ordered. However, if our driver is already on route to you – we may not be able to refund the delivery fee.

Returns for Received Products

If you decide you no longer wish to keep the order and would like to return the products, we can arrange a driver to collect the products (return fee applies). Returned products must be unopened and in resalable condition (i.e., no damage to the packaging).

Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please submit a case with details of the issue for review. Upon confirmation, we will provide one of the following options, depending on your location and current order volume:

1.Collection and Refund/Exchange: If reported within one hour after delivery and our driver is nearby, we will arrange for the product to be collected and issue a full refund or exchange. This option is available provided we are not experiencing a high volume of orders.

2.Post to Our Warehouse: You will be provided with our warehouse address to send the faulty product back at our expense. After receiving and verifying the product, we will issue a full refund for the faulty or incorrect product, including the cost of re-delivery. An exchange can be arranged, along with extra freebies for the inconvenience, on your next order.

Wrong Items Returns

If you received the wrong item, it may have been due to a mistake by our driver or running out of stock on the brand you ordered. Please refer to the “three options” above for a refund or exchange.

Product Leaks or Empty

If a product is defective, such as leaking or empty, please return it to us for testing. We will send the product to the manufacturer for inspection. You will receive a report within 10 business days, and based on the outcome, we will process either a replacement or a refund.

Processing Time

Please allow 24-48 hours for us to open and process your refund or replacement case. All cases will be handled in a timely manner, and you will be informed of the next steps as soon as possible.

We are committed to ensuring that all transactions are in compliance with Australian Consumer Law. If a product is deemed faulty, we follow all relevant regulations for the handling and testing of returned goods, ensuring that you receive a fair and efficient resolution.
