Refund & Return Policy
Refunds For Pending Order
If you place an order and no longer wish to receive your delivery, no problem! Just text or call contact us and we will confirm the cancellation as well as the refund for you for the products ordered. However, if our driver is already on route to you – we may not be able to refund the delivery fee.
Returns for Received Products
If you decide you no longer wish to keep your order and would like to return the products, no issue! We can organise a driver to come collect the products from you (return fee applies)in order to do the exchange.
Returned products MUST be un-opened and resalable e.g., no damage to the packaging.
Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Items
For a refund on received product/s deemed faulty, please submit a case of what the issue is to us to review. Once confirmed, we will do either of the following three options depending on your location and the volume of order we have at the current time.
We will organise the package to be collected from you, once confirmed, you will receive a full refund on the faulty or incorrect product and/or an exchange for the product (this option is only possible if it’s reported within an hour after the delivery and our driver is close by & we aren’t experiencing a high volume of orders).
You’ll be given our warehouse address, to where you can post us the faulty product, at our expense. Once received and confirmed, you’ll receive a full refund on the faulty or incorrect product, including the cost of re-delivery. The Wizard can organise an exchange for the faulty product + extra freebies for the inconvenience with your next order.
Wrong Items Returns
If you received the wrong item, our driver may have made a mistake and/or ran out of the brand you ordered and failed to update the manager to check if a replacement brand is okay with you.
Please refer to above “three options” if you’d like a refund and/or exchange.
For replacements and refunds for received items – we ask for 24-48 hours to open a case with us.
Processing Time
For all refund or replacement cases, please allow 24-48 hours for us to open and process your case.
